Woodstock Theft Of Hockey Stick

Friday, April 13, 2018 - On Thursday, April 12, 2018 a business owner on Dundas St. in the City of Woodstock had placed a hockey stick outside at the of front of the business to support the recent Canadian Tragedy of the Humboldt Broncos.

At approximately 1:00 p.m. a male was observed walking east bound on Dundas St., towards the business. The male entered the front vestibule and stole the stick.

The business caught the suspect on surveillance video. The male is known to Police.

At 8:30 p.m. Police located the male and arrested him.

A 29 year old Woodstock man has been charged with Theft and Breach of Probation.

He will appear in court on May 8, 2018.
