August 13th, 2019 - Just before the noon hour on August 12th an officer on duty
at the court house arrested a 22 year old woman who was wanted on a bench warrant.
The St. Thomas resident was taken into custody without incident.
Causing A Disturbance
At approximately 5:30 pm. on August 12th officers were called to the St. Thomas
Public Library by staff reporting a female was inside causing a disturbance. When
police arrived they located the woman at the corner of Curtis and Hiawatha Streets.
The 32 year old St. Thomas woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was
transported to the police station for a court appearance this morning.
Court Imposed Curfew
At 11:50 pm. an officer patrolling the downtown core observed a St. Thomas man known
to have a court imposed curfew of 10 pm. The 38 year old was taken into custody
without incident and is facing a charge of breaching his court order.
At 1:39 am. St. Thomas Police, in co-operation with the London Police Service, arrested
a 15 year old female wanted on a bench warrant. The female was subsequently transported
to St. Thomas Police Headquarters.
