STPS - Missing Person Located - Safe
May 4th, 2019 - Missing person Stephan Carriere has been located safe. The St Thomas
Police would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance.
STPS - Police Looking for Missing Person
May 4th, 2019 - The St Thomas Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating
40 year old Stephan Carriere. He was last seen by family on May 3rd at around 8:30pm
leaving his southeast residence on foot. There are concerns for his well-being and
officers are actively searching for him.
Carriere is described as being 5'6"-5'8" tall, slim build, short brown hair, brown
eyes, salt and pepper trimmed beard last seen wearing a grey zip up hoodie, dark
coloured jogging pants and was wearing the blue ball cap seen in the attached photo.
