Door Forced Open

January 19th 2020 - On Saturday January 18th 2020 police attended a vacant downtown storefront for an insecure premise. Upon further investigation it appears the door was forced open and entry was gained. There doesn’t appear to be anything missing at this time but this incident is still under investigation. Anyone with information are asked to contact the St. Thomas Police Service.

Shoplifting

On Saturday January 18th 2020 police attended a store in the 1063 Talbot Street plaza for a shoplifter. It was determined a 39 year old St. Thomas woman had stolen well over $1000 worth of property. The female was intercepted by loss prevention and fled from the area. St. Thomas Police are now looking for this female for one count theft under $5000.
