June 29th, 2019 - On Friday June 28, 2019 at approx. 09:00 police were called to
a north end residence for an assault. Upon arrival police located the victim who
disclosed being assaulted by a male and female. The victim had been convinced to
enter a residence and was taken by surprise when assaulted. As a result of the investigation
a 32 year old male and a 22 year old were charged. The male was charged with assault
with a weapon, assault, breach of probation, possession of break in instruments.
The female was charged with assault and breach of probation. Both were held in custody
to attend court.
On Friday June 28, 2019 in the later evening an 18 year old male was observed walking
downtown with open alcohol. Police learned that the male was currently bound by
a probation order not to consume alcohol. The male was arrested and subsequently
charged with breach of probation as well as liquor licence act offenses. He was
released with a future court date.
In the early morning hours of June 29, 2019 a 29 year old male was located and it
was determined that he had outstanding warrants with the St. Thomas Police. He was
arrested . The male also had warrants held by London Police. As a result, the male
was released by STPS and turned over to the London Police to be further processed.
