the time the ladies step on stage, the laughs just keep coming, no subject off limits,
and full speed ahead. Only Norm Foster could transform the idea of a simple round of
golf into an extremely entertaining stage performance that makes the audience keep
coming back for more.
Packed with outrageous one-liners, stellar performances by Jill Harland (Tate),
who says she happy, Sharon McFarlane (Margot), a successful business owner who found
drinking helped in her failed personal life, Janet Monid (Connie), is a women that
just can't get enough, men that is, and Danielle Nicole (Dory), the group newcomer
who seems to regret her direction in life, will take you on a hilarious journey
of aspirations and discovery while playing a competitive 18 holes of golf.
Simon Joynes as Artistic Director did an amazing job of pulling together this
Norm Foster production. Noel Wraight did an outstanding job on the set design for this
production. Credit also goes to Noel Wraight for the lighting design, Lani Martel
as stage manager, Jory McLean as assistant stage manager, and Kettle Creek Inn as
The two acts seemed to fly by in an instant as the audience jumped to its feet in
a thunderous standing ovation to justly reward the actors at the final curtain call.
Playing until July 2nd, 2016, The Ladies Foursome is a "must see" for anyone
wanting to put a glow of merriment on their summer.
