Global Climate Strike - #FridaysForFuture
Global Climate Strike
Inspired by Greta Thunberg, millions of young people have taken to the streets in recent months as part of the #FridaysForFuture climate strikes? And now, the biggest global day of action yet is upon on. This Friday, Sep. 27, 2019 is your opportunity to be a part of the biggest climate mobilization ever by taking to the streets for the global youth climate strike. St. Thomas and area residents will be holding a demonstration in support of the youth-led Global Climate Strikes taking place today. This action is to show our elected leaders, here in St. Thomas, across the province and across Canada that climate change is not an issue. It's a reality and must be faced now if we expect our children to grow up to lead happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.   more info...
